Chip Wilson
Owner, CEO
Chip Wilson, founder and CEO of 360 Solutions, LLC, is a visionary who has an overwhelming passion for helping others develop their entrepreneurial spirit. With extensive knowledge of the training and development industry, Chip regularly has the opportunity to share his skills and successes with others.
 

After college, Chip began his business career under the umbrella of a Fortune 500 company. Unfortunately for them, Chip wanted the challenge of an entrepreneurial lifestyle. So, at the age of 26, he started his first training and consulting business in his hometown of Des Moines, Iowa. After two successful years, Chip sold that company for a substantial profit.

He then became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a consulting company in Waco, Texas where he was responsible for over 700 accounts nationwide. In his time there, Chip contributed greatly to the company’s bottom line, but desired a career that was more personally and professionally rewarding.

In January 1999, 360 Solutions was founded. It has quickly flourished to become a multi-million dollar, debt-free business with over 500 strategic partners worldwide. 360 Solutions is an international developer of training and consulting curriculum that specializes in working with individuals interested in starting their own training and consulting business.


Rob Wilson
Vice President of Business Development
As the Vice President of 360 Solutions, Rob is responsible for the development and management of our most valued customers. His role as VP is a critical role in the advancement of our national account network.
 

Rob Wilson has over 17 years of successful sales and marketing experience. He has worked with, hundreds of organizations increasing employee effectiveness. He has consulted with companies such as GE, IKON, HP, T-mobile and many others. Rob’s background in People Performance Management has given him the ability to assess and organization and deliver on target strategies that deliver real results.

Rob graduated from Drake University with a degree in sociology. He began his selling career with Midwest Financial Services. After 5 quick years, he became vice president of sales where he led the sales team to their highest production in company history. Soon after the sale of MFS, Rob started Wilson Training & Development where he founded a highly successful, management and sales training seminar company. Rob was also on the board of a national start up airline, where he oversaw the total operation from a sales and customer experience. Throughout his career in the employee training field, Rob consulted and wrote training curriculum for hundreds of clients.

Rob is a published author of a personal development book "Think and Act Like a Winner" and has written many sales and development articles that have been published throughout the country. For eleven years Rob was a professional speaker and trainer, addressing audiences both nationally and internationally. He has been published in Success Magazine, Self Help Magazine and Money Makers Monthly. He has also appeared on Radio and TV Stations across the country.


Dirk Gibson
Vice President of Strategic Business Partners Division
As Vice President of Strategic Business Partners Division, Dirk Gibson serves as a trusted advisor to 360Solutions' top clients around the world.
 

Dirk possesses over 26 years of experience in sales and marketing; he is driven by a passion and desire to help organizations and individuals he works with achieve not only their goals but also lasting positive returns.

Prior to joining 360Solutions, Dirk spent 20 years as an agency owner and also as a corporate executive in the insurance industry. He and his team set multiple sales records while developing new agency locations; creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies; hiring and training agents and building long term business relationships. By blending the heart of an educator with his vast business experience, Dirk creates true value for corporate trainers, chief learning officers, human resource managers, entrepreneurs and 360Solutions' Strategic Business Partners.


Lance Bailey
Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Lance Bailey’s role is to implement, manage and refine the operational policies and procedures with the ultimate goal of maximizing the 360 Solutions experience for both the internal and external stakeholders.
 

With a primary focus on financial, legal, human resources and other functions, Lance has over 15 years of high level banking and financial experience to draw from.

In 1993, Lance earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business in Lubbock, Texas where he double-majored in Management and Marketing. After returning to Waco in 1993, Lance spent the next fifteen years in the financial/banking industry as a member of the division startup team for a couple of national retail, wholesale and correspondent divisions. He served as Vice President for two companies and as Senior Vice President for another.

With the challenges faced by the financial industry starting in 2007, Lance sought a new venue to utilize his leadership skills and experience and found 360 Solution’s successful track record and sustained growth to be the right fit, and less dependent on the economic circumstances of the financial sector.

Lance lives just outside of Waco with his family. He enjoys being outdoors, shooting, and working in his workshop on the weekends.


Bill Trembley
Director of Marketing - Strategic Business Partners Division
William T. Trembley, Jr. (Bill) is constantly on the edge of thought and action. His life’s mission and passion in business is helping others realize their true potential by becoming more successful tomorrow then they are today.
 

He has over 30 years “C” Level expertise in for-profit business and franchising on a domestic and international level. He has owned very successful companies in Florida and Texas. As Founder and CEO of a multi-million dollar kitchen design firm based in Southwest Florida, his company was the premier design firm of choice and worked on over 1,000 high-end residential kitchens per year for home builders, architects, designers and the personal residences of some very high level government officials, Fortune 100 executives, and superstar athletes.

After selling his company and moving to Atlanta, he and a friend developed a business dealership concept and were approached by a company in Texas that wanted to purchase the concept and turn it into a franchise. Soon after this company met Bill, he was approached by them with a challenge of turning around one of their stalled franchise concepts here in Texas. Within weeks, he accepted the position as COO and VP of Sales and relocated his family (wife and 3 children) to Texas.

After succeeding in turning the company around and selling it, Bill began his independent consulting career working with international franchise companies and privately held firms in the US, Germany and Italy. He has helped hundreds of business owners and their companies accelerate success by first positioning and branding the company to attract the ideal client, then implementing proven business principles and systems that allow for substantial and sustainable growth which came effortlessly after training the employees using accelerated learning techniques and custom business design workshops.

He is an expert and author of “The WOW Factor” book that details how and why people buy products and services, how to position and brand your company and how to enhance you clients perception so that you triple your sales closing ratio and achieve extraordinary success.

His unique ability to think strategically and creatively as well as from the ownership and/or consultant role, gives him a unique perspective that helps you accelerate your business success.


Chandler Rasco
Director of Development - Strategic Business Partners Division
Chandler Rasco began his career with 360 Solutions in 2006 as Director of Business Development. Since joining the team at 360, Chandler has become a successful recruiter, coach, and trainer to our global network of Strategic Business Partners.
 

Chandler has the opportunity to work with some of the most successful consultants in their field. Chandler believes his success is defined by his ability to assist numerous Fortune 500 organizations, government agencies, and small businesses to achieve high-performance through ongoing employee training and development.

Chandlers takes an active role with each of his clients, supporting partners in various capacities including; target market identification, implementing marketing strategies, effective facilitation techniques, and contract/ proposal generation.

Prior to joining 360 Solutions, he served as Director of Public Relations for a large central Texas staffing firm where he managed the company’s top accounts. During his time in the staffing industry, Chandler was able to take the firm into new markets and maintain a strong brand presence. Chandler also served as a Vice President of Franchise Development for a global franchise corporation. His stint in the printing and technology industry allowed him to fine tune his marketing and facilitation skills. Chandler has an incredulous knack for recognizing the market's needs and providing manageable solutions.


Matt Hyman
Director of Brand Strategies
Matt Hyman earned a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from Baylor University, and completed coursework in business ethics, information technology and accounting in the Karl Eller undergraduate program at The University of Arizona.
 

After working as a Systems Manager at a manufacturing organization, Matt moved on to form an inventory management consulting firm.


Dana Rasco
Logistics Coordinator - Government Division
As Logistics Coordinator for 360Solutions' National Accounts Division, Dana Rasco is the liaison between some of the most successful independent consulting firms in the industry as well as the government agencies we serve.
 

Dana's role is vital. She oversees the planning of a nationwide series of workshops designed to enhance workforce development initiatives. Dana also provides support in the areas of product development as well as sales and marketing.

Prior to joining 360Solutions, Dana spent seven years in the optical industry working for a Fortune 500 manufacturer of optical goods and retail items. While in the optical industry, Dana worked heavily with the retail outlets in Texas to increase sales through ongoing training and development. Her first hand experience in the world of training helped Dana to realize the advantages to 360Solution's curriculum and tools.


Brandon Johnson
Director of Business Development
As Director of Business Development, Brandon is charged with managing 360’s employee training division and the company’s Dallas, Texas operation.
 

Upon graduating Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business in 2003, Brandon took a consulting position with the Germany-based, consulting firm Koenigskinder and relocated to Cologne. During his stint with Koenigskinder, Brandon worked with various European clients including AWD, Apetito, CityCom, and AOK . His time was spent providing sales training, product launch initiatives, small-market and beta testing, and marketing campaigns for Koenigskinder clientele and accounts.

Johnson’s next career step was accepting a National Sales Trainer position with the publicly-held, billion-dollar company UniFirst Corporation. His time at Unifirst was spent teaching 175-plus sales and management teams selling skills, writing training courses and field selling tools , achieving 25% growth year-over-year in his Facility Services division, and logging nearly 4,000 facilitation hours during his 4-year stay at Unifirst.


Jay McNulty
Director of Technology
As Director of Technology, Jay is primarily responsible for the expansion and maintenance of the tools the 360 staff need to do their job well.
 

He also keeps an eye on new technological developments, and helps to determine whether they could have a positive impact on the future of the company.

Jay McNulty earned a National Diploma in Computer Studies at North West Kent College in Kent, England. He moved on to build and maintain several large-scale web sites, one of which consistently achieved over 500,000 unique visits each month.
