Her high academic standing upon graduation from her Masters program, in Brock University, Canada, earned her an automatic life membership in the prestigious Beta-Gamma-Sigma, an International Honor Society of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Membership in Beta-Gamma-Sigma is the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive in a business program accredited by AACSB.
Tilda is also a writer, coach, presenter and speaker. As a speaker, Tilda has addressed outreach events, retreats, conferences and seminars. She was selected to present and lead the discussion on “Governance Excellence: Managing Human Potential”, at a Commonwealth Association’s conference in Tanzania in March 2009. Tilda also currently trains the Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLP) of Certified Management Accountants of Canada (CMA).
