Greg is President of HPO Associates, Inc. and enjoys helping organizations, teams or individuals advance performance and results. He has over 20 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies within textiles, paper, commercial products, healthcare, and large non-profit industries. His career spans more than 16 years in human resources responsible for employee relations, staffing, compliance, training and organizational development.
In addition, Greg has 12 years hands-on production manufacturing. His experience with personnel from across the supply chain; manufacturing, R&D, managerial, sales, marketing, including customer and supplier organizations give him instant credibility with the workforce. He holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development, Manhattanville College in New York, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Florida in Pensacola. Greg is a former participating member of the SHRM Atlanta Chapter. He served as Chairperson for the South Atlanta GEM, and later as Vice President, managed six GEMs in Marietta, Norcross, Alpharetta, Conyers, Union City and downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Since moving to the Greater Charlotte Area, he has volunteered on local and state SHRM initiatives.
