AC Hotel Downtown Waco

360 Solutions designed a retractable banner for the AC Hotel Waco Downtown, giving the hotel a portable, professional display for events, trade shows and in-house functions. A banner like this has to read clearly from across a room, so we kept the layout simple, the branding bold and the message short. The design follows the AC Hotel's modern brand standards and works alongside the other print pieces we created for the hotel, including its rack card and grand opening event passport. Together they give the hotel a consistent look wherever guests and event planners meet it. The banner is especially useful for promoting the hotel's 15,000 square feet of banquet and meeting space, including its 7,400-square-foot ballroom, to planners looking for an event venue in downtown Waco.

Rack cards sit in lobbies, visitor centers and partner businesses, so the design needed to grab attention in a crowded display and deliver the key details at a glance. The card highlights the hotel's location just steps from the Magnolia Silos and minutes from Baylor University, the Waco Convention Center and the Dr Pepper Museum. It follows the AC Hotel's clean, modern brand standards, with clear hierarchy so travelers can quickly find what they need. Small print pieces like this keep working long after they're printed, reaching travelers right as they decide where to stay in Waco.

To celebrate the grand opening of the AC Hotel Waco Downtown, 360 Solutions designed a printed event passport that guided guests through the hotel's opening event. The passport gave attendees a reason to explore the property, moving them through the hotel's spaces and introducing what makes it a destination in downtown Waco. The booklet includes a designed front and back cover and three interior spreads, laid out in the AC Hotel's clean, modern style. We paired the design with photography of the property so guests could connect each stop to the spaces they were seeing in person. An event passport turns a grand opening into an experience people remember and keep. It also introduced local guests to the hotel's banquet and meeting space, setting up future events and bookings.
