Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce

For the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, 360 Solutions interviewed the 2024 Waco Under 40 honorees and produced a series of short videos celebrating these local leaders. In this one, Sabrina Moore of Disciplined Investors, LLC shares her advice for aspiring leaders. Our team handled the interviews, filming and editing, shaping each conversation into a focused video of about a minute. The short format makes the series easy to share on social media and at the Chamber's events, giving each honoree a polished story the community can get to know. Interview series like this put a face to community recognition. They help the Chamber show what Waco's next generation of leaders is building, and they give each honoree content they're proud to share with their own networks.

Our team at 360 Solutions loved hearing all of the great stories from those we interviewed and are honored to create this video recognizing William A. Nesbitt, who received the Thomas J. Salome, Jr. Legacy Award. The award recognizes exemplary economy and community builders for their investment of time and talent, innovative thinking, and collaborative approaches to addressing community needs, challenges, and opportunities, resulting in a positive impact on current and future generations.

The team at 360 Solutions is proud to once again partner with the Greater Waco Chamber to film the interviews for the 2025 Waco 40 Under 40 Honorees. Each interview gave us the opportunity to capture the inspiring stories, achievements, and visions of Waco’s next generation of leaders. Our videography team worked to highlight not only their professional successes but also the passion and commitment they bring to making a difference in the community.

The 360 team is proud to celebrate Xavier Rosas of Onward Real Estate, and other 2024 Waco Under 40 Honorees by conducting interviews and creating videos that showcase these inspiring local leaders.
