Terms of Service

360 Solutions LLC Effective date: October 6, 2026

These terms apply to the website 360solutions.com and to the social media management services that 360 Solutions LLC ("360 Solutions," "we," "us") provides to its clients, including our internal scheduling tool. By using our website or authorizing us to manage your social media accounts, you agree to these terms. Signed client agreements take precedence over these terms where they conflict.

1. Our services

We plan, create, schedule, publish, and report on social media content for our clients. To do this, a client's account owner or administrator authorizes our app ("360 Solutions Social") on each platform. Our scheduling tool is operated only by 360 Solutions staff and is not offered to the public.

2. Your authorization

By connecting an account you confirm that you have the authority to grant us access, and you authorize us to publish content and retrieve performance data for that account on your behalf. You can withdraw this authorization at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions.

3. Content and approval

Content is published only after review by our staff and, where agreed with you, your approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to us, including any claims, disclosures, or regulatory statements required in your industry. You keep ownership of your content and brand materials, and you grant us a license to use them to perform our services.

4. Platform rules

Each social platform has its own terms and policies. We use platforms only through their official APIs and in line with their terms. We are not responsible for platform outages, changes to platform features or APIs, or actions a platform takes on an account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not ask us to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates a platform's policies. We may decline to publish any content we reasonably believe breaks these rules.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, including data received from social platforms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, 360 Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may end services as set out in the client agreement. When services end, we disconnect your accounts and delete associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in McLennan County, Texas.
