Data Deletion Instructions

360 Solutions LLC

360 Solutions uses an internal tool to publish and schedule content on social media accounts that our clients authorize us to manage. If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, or other account to our service and want your data deleted, you can do either of the following.

Option 1: Remove our access through the platform

• Facebook / Instagram: go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), find 360 Solutions Social, and click Remove.
• Threads: go to Threads Settings → Account → Website permissions, find 360 Solutions Social, and remove it.
• LinkedIn: go to Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services, find 360 Solutions Social, and remove it.
• YouTube / Google: go to https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, find 360 Solutions Social, and remove access.

When you remove our access, our tool can no longer post to or read from your account.

Option 2: Ask us to delete your data

Email luis@360solutions.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the name of the account or page and the platform.

What we delete, and when

Within 30 days of your request (or of removing our access) we will delete:

• the access tokens for your account (these are deleted immediately on disconnection);
• your account and page identifiers, names, and profile images;
• content and media we stored for your account, including scheduled posts that have not been published;
• analytics we collected for your account.

Encrypted backups containing this data are permanently deleted within a further 14 days. We will confirm by email once deletion is complete. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as invoices.

Content that has already been published to your social account stays on that platform. You can delete it there directly.
